To cancel your Geego-account, email us at info@geegokids.com and request cancellation. We’ll be happy to close your account for you.
The act of canceling the account is irreversible. Please know and understand that when the user cancels the account, all account-related information will be deleted and effective immediately.
The traffic logs ( IP addresses and information about the content used) will be kept for one month for the investigation of potential misuse.
We aim to resolve the request within 30 days.
