- Use of Geego Kids Services
Geego Kids Ltd offers an online platform and APP that facilitates interactive and engaging learning experiences for children. While some components of the Geego Kids Services are offered free-of-charge, others may be subject to a service fee.
Misuse of the Geego Kids Services may result in suspension or termination of access. The Company may also provide trial periods for certain services at its discretion.
Users must be at least 13 years old to register for Geego Kids Services.
- User Obligations and Rights
Users are not permitted to redistribute or transfer any part of the Geego Kids Services. The right to use the Geego Kids Services is personal and specific to the user’s plan (individual or team).
Users agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep this information up-to-date. Users representing legal entities must ensure they have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

IN CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL GEEGO KIDS, ITS RELATED ENTITIES, ITS CONTENT PROVIDERS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SPONSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER DAMAGE, INJURY, CLAIM, LIABILITY, OR OTHER CAUSE OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF, BASED UPON OR RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE OR APPS, ANY ACT OR OMISSION PERFORMED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN RELIANCE UPON THE CONTENT OF THE SERVICES, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF YOU ADVISE GEEGO KIDS OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES OR THE SAME ARE OTHERWISE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH CLAIM OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow for the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, GoNoodle’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
- Modifications
The Company may revise these Terms or its policies at its discretion. Changes will not adversely affect individual users without a justified reason. Users may terminate their service if changes are detrimental to them.
- Termination
Geego Kids Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services for reasons such as unauthorized use or non-compliance with these Terms.
- Force Majeure
Events beyond the Company’s control, such as natural disasters or pandemics, may exempt Geego Kids Ltd from fulfilling its obligations temporarily.
- Assignment
Geego Kids Ltd may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms, while users may not do so without prior consent.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
